The role of the Women in Sport Commission is to promote, develop and empower women in sports throughout the Cook Islands.

The ONOC Medical Commission is made up of 7 members and it's Chair is Dr. Chris Milne of New Zealand. It serves 15 National Olympic Committees from the Oceania region and it's main focus is the protection of the health of Athletes from the Oceania region.
